Embracing The Gifts of Imperfection

Are you ready to embrace your authentic self and live with greater courage, compassion, and connection? Embracing The Gifts of Imperfection is a transformative 5-session personal development series inspired by Brené Brown’s groundbreaking book, The Gifts of Imperfection. Facilitated by Chelsea Ambrose, Peg Davis, and JoAnn Clough, this class invites you to explore and integrate the ten guideposts of wholehearted living into your daily life.

Through interactive exercises, thought-provoking discussions, and reflective practices, participants will:

• Learn to let go of perfectionism and cultivate authenticity.

• Develop skills for self-compassion, embracing vulnerability as a strength.

• Practice gratitude and joy as tools for resilience and well-being.

• Explore creativity, play, and rest as vital elements of a fulfilling life.

• Cultivate meaningful connections by showing up as your true self.

Each session will delve deeply into the guideposts, encouraging personal reflection and insight as you uncover what it means to live wholeheartedly. By the end of the series, you’ll have practical tools and a renewed sense of purpose to help you embrace the gifts of imperfection and lead a more fulfilling life.

Attendance is required for all sessions, as each builds on the last to create a cohesive learning experience. If you are unable to attend a session, arrangements must be made to complete the work and stay on track.
