Playlist for Healing

Series Description

Facilitated by Chelsea Ambrose and Renae Carapella-Johnson,  "Playlist for Healing" is a therapeutic group designed to explore and process life experiences through the creation of personalized playlists. Over the course of four sessions, participants delve into their past, present, and hopes for the future, selecting songs that resonate with significant phases and emotions in their lives.

Each session provides a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their chosen songs, accompanied by the stories and memories behind them. Facilitated discussions encourage reflection on the themes, lyrics, and emotions evoked by the music, fostering deeper self-awareness and understanding.

Through this creative and introspective process, participants gain insight into their journey, identify patterns, and uncover sources of strength and resilience. "Playlist for Healing" offers a unique opportunity for individuals to connect with others, find validation in shared experiences, and embark on a path toward healing and growth.
